Shipping/Delivery

Please be assured that your item(s) will ship out within two business days of purchase. Orders are shipping Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm. All standard shipping orders will be shipped via FedEx 2Day Service. Expedited shipping will be FedEx Standard Overnight. We are not able to ship to any P.O. Boxes. 

Shipping Rates

There is a flat rate of $10 to ship orders for the majority of the year. During Back-to-School season (June 1-August 1), standard shipping will be FREE for orders over $50. Expedited overnight shipping service will be $20 year-round. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you upon the shipment of your order. 

Return Policy

You can return or exchange unopened or defective items within 14 days for a full refund. Simply bring your item(s) to us with all contents and packaging, proof of purchase and ID, and we will process your exchange or return back to its original form of tender or an iJay gift card. Defective merchandise returned within 30 days will be exchanged for same product or like product when not available. For defective merchandise after 30 days, please refer to manufacturer's warranty. 

Returns with Missing Packaging or Accessories

We cannot return items that are missing parts or components.

Custom Orders

Custom and/or personalized orders are non-returnable. Custom Order items are items where a customer has requested specific attributes or where a manufacturer builds specific to you or has been engraved.

Returning Bundle, Promotional, or Discount Items

If you return an item bought as part of a bundle or with a promotional discount and you do not return everything - don't worry. We will reimburse you for what is returned. Items will be exchanged for the same product or like product when an identical item is not available. For defective merchandise after 30 days, please refer to manufacturer's warranty. 

Refund Method

You will be reimbursed for the returned items in the same form of tender you made your purchase. If you paid more than $100 in cash or check, we will refund you by check within 10-14 business days. We can always credit back a debit card. Any amounts deducted from a gift card will be credited to a gift card. 

All refunds are handled at the discretion of iJay management. iJay has the right and responsibility to refuse any purchase or refund that abuses these policies.
